Christmas is that time of the year when preachers talk about the same message year after year and seem to have grown numb to this exiting ever world-changing event forever. Virtually every year at Christmas we all preach basically from the same passage, so it is quite difficult to know what we can say and think what is new and fresh. Everyone knows about the baby born in a stable, the shepherds, the choir of angels, the wise men and so on. Is there anything surprising about Christmas anymore? Haven’t we already said everything that can be said about it?

¿Qué es la Fe?

Uno de los mejores capítulos en toda la Biblia sobre la fe es el capítulo 11 de Hebreos. Cualquier estudio profundo sobre la fe debería incluir el estudio de libro y ver los ejemplos que nos dieron estos hombres y mujeres de fe.

De acuerdo a Pablo, ahora permanecen:

“La fe, la esperanza y el amor, estos tres; pero el mayor de ellos es el amor” (1 Corintios 13: 13).

Creo definitivamente que los tres muy pero muy importantes. Sin la esperanza de la vida eterna, no tendríamos razón por la cual vivir o sequir. Sin amor no podríamos experimentar la naturaleza de Dios en nuestras vidas. Estas dos son vitales a la vida del cristiano. Pero el mensaje hoy será sobre la fe.

Your Testimony

Another of our most powerful weapons that we have against the enemy of our soul besides the Word of God is our personal testimony of what Christ has done in our life when we turned away from sin and turned to Jesus Christ. Satan knowing this will try his very best to destroy your awesome testimony of salvation into one of destruction.

Why because satan loves to destroy that what God has created and what God loves which is us His people. One thing I want you to know is that it is okay if you get your testimony marred by satan but you will get back up and your God in heaven will never turn away a broken and contrite heart. So if you testimony was marred by satan this should be your fuel to restore your communion with Christ and let the people see especially those that put you aside , those that pointed at you, those that lied about you. 

Let them see that our God is a merciful and forgiving God. Let all them see how God has restored you Himself in a greater way than before. However it goes without saying that you must do your best in protecting your testimony in Christ and be the example to others that there is plenitude in Jesus Christ. Please listen to this message its inspired by Christ for your help. I should know because satan did help mar my testimony and I spent many years in the desert but God in His infinite wisdom has restored my relationship with him and has restored my testimony. I give our Lord Jesus Christ all the glory and honor. 

So, you know this is how this ministry "A Voice In The Desert" got started in honor of the only One that restored my life Jesus Christ. Greater is my testimony now that it was before and all for the honor and glory of God. I bless your name Jesus and thank you for never giving up on me and I'm sure that He hasn't given up on you either.

The Power of our Personal Testimony

John 4

Introduction:

1. I think we all can grasp and understand the power of a personal testimony. Advertisers in the real world use this tool all the time in an effort to get people interested in their product, and ultimately, to get them to buy it.

• There is something persuasive about seeing and hearing a person who is a satisfied customer or who has had their life greatly changed or how they benefited because of such and such product or other things...
• As well, it’s really powerful if you know that the person speaking out has nothing to gain personally. Folks paid advertisers such as actors or other known personality does not qualify as an actual testimony would do.

2. Would you agree that the greatest decision anybody on this earth can make is to accept Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and Savior? If you already know Christ, you have something in your possession that is powerful in persuading others to come, too the accepting knowledge of Jesus Christ.

How does satan & demons go about our Demise?

While angelic beings were originally were created to love God, some angelic being have rejected him entirely. Angels worship and honor their Creator, striving to help reunite all of creation with God. Demons, on the other hand, have rejected God and strive daily to oppose the spiritual understanding and development of humans and desire our destruction (Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.). The Bible describes the strategies demons have taken to oppose the will of God. Demons frequently attacked the bodies of those who might otherwise have received the Gospel of Grace:

They Attacked the Body’s Ability to Comprehend the Truth of God
Demons inflicted illnesses to prevent people from hearing, seeing or speaking the truth. They took this approach because sensory disabilities are the greatest inhibitors to humans being able to receive or express an acceptance of the Gospel:
