Continued social degradation
As Os Guinness puts it, secularization is “the process by which religious ideas, institutions, and interpretations have lost their social significance. That's what's happened in the USA and why the continued social degradation of our country and those values and disgraceful behaviors are being more apparent in the island I currently live in Puerto Rico.

No other friend than Jesus
Hi all,
This is my first entry in our blog in a longtime. Yes, I've been in the desert for a very long time being test and tested and tested and continue to be tested by God. During this time God has been rebuilding me slowly one day at a time. During one of my most dificult time of my life. I have learned new truths and have been taught things that no one can teach you but only your creator.
The first one is that there are no idols to be before us. That I learn He is and will be first in my life. I have been betrayed by men, never God, betrayed by daughters, brother, uncles, aunts, friends , Christian brother, Pastors. During a time in my life I need a lending hand. This was my first lesson no idols before me only JesusChrist first in my life.
In antiquity—even today, in some societies—idolatry meant worshipping statues, images, and fetishes.
But you do not have to bow down to a stone statue to be an idolater.
An idol is whatever comes first in your life. Anything that comes before Jesus Christ in your affections or priorities—that is your idol.
What's your Idol!

Created to worship God
How did satan come to be. Lucifer once a Cherub angel was the worship leader for God. The moment Lucifer decide not to worship God he became satan the adversary.
So what does satan want to do in our lives. Remember God created us to praise him. That right satan wants to steal our worship to our creator.
Pride was satan's downfall because he wanted the worship all to himself.
So when you go to church the next time and you keep quiet and don't sing the worship songs and praise him, remember it's your pride that impedes you from doing it and we know what that did to Lucifer.
Praise God in all times, in all times, good or bad time praise him all the time.

Sin takes your character and takes away your confidence away from God, thus putting distance between you and God.
Remember John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill; I have come that they have life, and have it to the full.
In this verse the evil comes to take your life and this is meant literally.
Now look at the following verse
John 10:11
I am the good Shepard ; the good Shepard lays down His life for the sheep.
The evil takes away life but our God gives his life for us.
Our sins our forgiven before God when we truly repent and turn away from it. So don't let sin put distance between you and God , but instead put distance between you and sin.
Easier said than done, but never stop being close to Jesus Christ.

By his mercy do I live
We say that this world has gone crazy and out of hand. But do we each do our part to restore Gods peace.
In the following verse he gives us what are some of the things we must do.
Micah 6:8

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
This is summed up the following way:
1- Do Justice
2- Love Mercy
3- Walk Humbly
It is by his mercy we have health, it's by his mercy we have a roof over our head, it's by his mercy we have food on our table, it's by his mercy that we live.
Therefore, let us be merciful.

Renewal
Hi There Folks,
Sorry I have been amiss for a while but for good reasons. My life has taken a different route which requires me to start from scratch. How difficult that sounds it was a much needed change required for my continual renewal. Some say that it was not done the right way other say you did the right thing. Hey what matters what my heart says. Life make you take choices, but rest assurred those choices will leave you with no support from no one. No Family no friends and no children oh forgot the church might also abandon you too. Be sure of your decision and their actions, because they will be painful. But there is nothing better than freedom. One thing you must do is you must seek God through these tough moment if you dont i trust you you will die, literally die. Christ is our only anchor so please hang on to him. His word to your life will come to fruition his word never returns void.
So go ahead and finish what you started, to many people have suffered for you decision and action you might as well make it all work out, so nothing was in vain. God bless you and you will succeed. If you want please let me know how it went for you. If I can give you any sound advise I will. Im a fallen saint and warrior thats trying to stand again, and stand again I will. GBY :-)
